Meijer Rewards

You can help fundraise for Habitat every time you go grocery shopping at Meijer with the Meijer Community Rewards Program. It’s a great way to donate without doing any extra work. All you have to do is sign up, using our organization’s code, and then swipe your card whenever you check out. After you sign up online, you will receive 3 cards in the mail. Keep one for yourself and give the other two to friends or family members! Please follow the instructions below to sign up and start helping today!

1. Go to http://www.meijer.com/rewards
2. In the middle of the page, there is a box with the subtitle “Meijer Customers.” Under that, click on “Join Now.”
3. The next screen should ask you to “Choose your card.” If you already have a Meijer credit card, you can link your Meijer Rewards to your credit card account. If not, scroll down to “I prefer to use a Meijer Card with cash or my PIN-debit card to earn rewards” and click “Join Now.”
4. Create an account.
5. Enter HFHUM’s program code: 178842

Your Meijer Rewards cards will arrive in the mail. Please encourage your friends and family to sign up too! You can use this card in any store, at any time--just make sure to swipe the Rewards card.
